It was the Russell Penn show at The Shay stadium as his four goals helped Harriers crush Halifax Town 6-1.
Penn grabbed a sensational hat-trick to put Harriers in a commanding lead; on 15 minutes he opened the scoring with a bullet of an effort from 20 yards nestling in Crag Mawson's top corner.
His blasted, angled shot made it 2-0 on 22 minutes, before 14 minutes later Iyseden Christie got in on the act - finishing well past Mawson for his 16th of the season.
Penn's third on 38 was a delightful free-kick from 20 yards that left Mawson utterly helpless, before the hosts got one back in first half stoppage time from the penalty spot, with Jon Shaw converting well.
Halifax started the second half the stronger, but were made to pay for missing a string of chances when Harriers made it 5-1 on 67 minutes. After Christie was fouled in the box by Mawson, Andy Ferrell stepped up to put away his first goal in a Harriers shirt.
Penn's fourth and Harriers' sixth was fittingly the best of the night, his unstoppable run took him past the entire back line and into the area before he finished confidently past the despairing goalkeeper.
There was a late debut for Michael Wylde as he came on for Mark Creighton whilst there was a hero's reception for man of the match Penn from both the away support and a vocal home following.
Reaction from the camp will follow in the morning.
Harriers are next in action this coming Saturday, April 12th when Histon are our visitors. Don't forget Under 16's will be admitted to the North Terrace for just £1. (Kick-off 3pm)
